Summer
This is After School Art Works program, Last year they taught105 after-school classes in public middle and high schools. professional artists work for to teach the skills needed to develop a specific craft while fostering positive mentor relationships with the students.
After-School
Saturday Art Works are special programs.
At each workshop, almost 50 children, aged 5-13, are paired with 30-40 adult volunteers who mentor them while helping them create a visual or performing art project.
They were positively engaged, learned new skills, enjoyed the positive socialization with their peers.
Same as America, there are many low-income households in Korea, too. However, Our social lacks the financial support to those people.I think Kids need support of education or art to help them discover their true talent and passion.:-)
